            Back to the hangar at about 1430 hrs and exhibits to office & equipment secured.  Had a chance to quickly discuss things with Andy LATHEM and Vic GORMAN, but they want a meeting next week.  While Andy said that he was thinking of doing it, Vic said that we would all be returning to Ottawa (Andy, Vic, & myself) to discuss the testing with Dr. BROWN, once they put the suggestion to Vic GERDEN.  My comment to Vic was that it would allow them to be exposed to BROWN and convinced by him of the same things that I have been trying to tell them.

(Clarification:)    This meeting will never take place.  In fact, eleven months later, an off-handed suggestion will come from another senior source and Lathem will have a look of shock and horror on his face as a result of it.
