            COOP advised that yesterday afternoon, Insp. LATHEM called and acknowledged receipt of the latest report about the insulation and end cap burn tests.  He had not yet had a chance to read it and advised him that he would get to it in the next day or two.  He is to forward a reply to me in writing.  COOP advised that he also spoke to him about a location for the file after December, as it has to remain active for the collection of further reports, etc.  This is a definite requirement, and I want to remain in contact with those reports so there is a continuity of process for this file.
