GORMAN / STOTHART MEMO WITH FINAL AES REPORT

The final AES report was sent to Halifax

with this memo dated

2002 MAY 21.

Stothart might not have seen it,

as it might simply have been placed on the file

by Lathem or his secretary.

However, it makes little difference.

The report was the result of

intimidation and corrupt actions

by senior members of the TSB and the RCMP.
